Enna. The "war of Tarsu" now has a new episode. The city council, on 18 and February 21, n.36 and n.37 by resolution, reaffirmed the charge of waste in 2010 and 2009. Tarsu which in turn had been approved for 2010 by resolution of the GM n.83 of April 20, 2010 and 2009 by resolution of the GM n.126 of 25 May 2010. The two resolutions of 2010, are currently disputed by the Sicilian Association of consumers contacting the Tar, aims to have them declared illegal in the jurisdiction of the determination of an explicit second-Tarsu by law (art. 32 of law 142/90 implemented by law Regional 48/91) - not the council but the city council.
